Installation Instructions for 635295 Universal Brake Line Kit

This kit includes the most common parts needed to install new stainless steel 3/16” brake lines on your vehicle. Each vehicle is different, and the drawings shown below are examples only since every car may be different.The 3AN fittings and stainless steel hard lines included in this kit are for use with 37 degree single flare style ends. Use only 37 degree single flaring tools to form the flares at the ends of each hard line. Use a flaring tool 555-80084 & tubing bender 555-80086 (or comparable tools). Do not use a 45 degree flaring tool since that tool is used with inverted style fittings.

WARNING TO ALL USERS: Do not attempt to race or operate any vehicle without a full test and inspection of the brake system. Bleed the system and check all fluid connections for leaks. Test the brakes under controlled conditions. Make several stops in a safe area from low speeds and gradually work up to operating speeds.Always utilize safety restraint systems and all other appropriate or required safety equipment during testing.
