Customer q:
I ordered headers for 454. They came today, but are missing 4 header bolts and 3 collector bolts. The bag in which they came was torn and the bolts were loose. Should I buy new ones or will JEGS send me some free? Also, on 2/18 I ordered a distributor. I got it and was putting it in tonight and noticed that it looks broken. I'm pretty sure it is. When I put cap on, it will hold it together. It looks like it’s broken. I want replacement. I might have a box for a return, but probably not packing material. What should I do?
