Customer q:
I took delivery of several sections of steel 3/8 gas lines. On four ends, including the sending unit and hard carb extension, the gas line is flared with no nut behind it. Is a cut of the fuel line and a ferrell connection the only means to join these lines to either aluminum tubing or braid? Flared ends do not seem to lend themselves to rubber hose and a clamp. Has to be planned that way. Please help?
