Customer q:
Ordered a Rancho RS7000 Monotube Steering Stabilizer (Rancho RS7401 Gas Charged).
My suspension mechanic informed me that I need a different model Steering Dampner on my SUV as configured (re., the RS7401 will not work). He said I need either a Rancho RS5401 or Moog SSD56. I would like to exchange this item. It is still in the original Manufactures Box. Please advise on process to exchange.
