1. Remove air cleaner and spacer ring.
2. Remove wiring connectors from injectors.
3. Remove fuel lines and both fuel nut fittings from the rear of the TBI unit.
4. Remove the 3 screws from the injector housing. Torx size T-20.
5. Remove the injector housing and gasket from main body. No gasket is necessary.You may throw away the old gasket.
6. Install injector spacer and injector housing by bolting it back down to main body by using the 3 socket head cap screws supplied. Use green lock tight on screws and torque to 8 in-lbs.
7. Re-install fuel nut fittings and lines in rear of TBI unit. DO NOT OVER TORQUE.
8. Re-install spacer ring and air cleaner.
Important: Before starting engine, turn key on and check for fuel leaks at lines and fittings.
