Installation Instructions for 10038 “R” Terminal Diode Kit for GM Starters

Installation
  1. Connect ring terminal end of wire to starter as shown.
  2. Connect crimp connector end to the “R” terminal wire from vehicle.
555-1038 R terminal diode kit installed on a 555-10040 starter
555-10038 R Terminal Diode Kid installed on 555-10021 starter
555-1038 R terminal diode. This kit can be used with other starter types if installed as shown.
