I want to put this in my stock 8.5 10 bolt. I would also like to install 30 spline axles for more strength. Which rear end rebuild kit would I need to rebuild the rear end completely and give me the HD carrier bearings to install the 30 spline axles? Also, could I install a True Trac and 30 spline axles into my stock 8.5 10 bolt that has stock 28 spline axles? Have you ever disassembled and rebuilt a rear end? Just curious how difficult it is? I greatly appreciate your help. Have a good rest of your weekend.

JEGS ANSWER:
Hello! You will need Richmond install kit #83-1021-M. This will fit your vehicle. These bearing races are 2.89" OD for the smaller 28 spline axle housing.
I have rebuilt a rear end before. It is not difficult with the proper tools. And a heads up, a shop press will be needed for the bearing install.
