Customer q:
With regard to your P/N 561-32002 Stage 2 Quadrajet Carb, there is a brass fitting at the rear for an EGR copper tube. I would like to cap this. Can you give me the exact part number for a JEGS Blue-Anodized (Flare?) type cap, that would properly fit this carburetor? Also, I am unfamiliar with the 'electric choke' supplied with the P/N 561-32002 Carburetor. Is this a solenoid (on/off snap-action) type of unit, or is it a stepper-motor or similar-type system that requires a reversing circuit/switch? If it uses a stepper motor, can you 'fake' it out by using just a toggle switch, or does it require some sort of a driver board? I thank you in advance for any help you can offer a novice.

JEGS ANSWER:
These tubes require a slip in vacuum cap we offer vacuum cap assortments #555-15012
An electric choke has a coil that as the engine heats up, this will shut down. You simply apply 12V to this from your ignition. It does not have a stepper motor. Should you need further assistance please feel free to contact us.
