JEGS ANSWER:
Regarding Weld Prostar wheels for your 1972 Plymouth Duster,
If you do not have factory front disc brakes, the bolt pattern is 5 x 4" for wheels. However, Weld doesn't offer that bolt pattern.
If you do have factory front discs, the bolt pattern is shown to be 5 x 4.5". See the options on the following page:

If you have aftermarket brakes, you will need to check to see if they will fit with 15" diameter wheels.
Regarding wheel width, that is determined by the tire size you go with. Unfortunately I can't recommend tire sizes as there are many variables involved including vehicle suspension, ride height, body to frame alignment, etc. You will need to measure to find out if the size you want will fit. You could also look at online MOPAR forums and research what most people use and decide if what you see is what you would like to try.
For front tires, see the following: https://www.jegs.com/p/Mickey-Thompson/Mickey-Thompson-ET-Front-Tires/746883/10002/-1
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
