This would be correct if you have manifold P5007398AB or P5007852
This installation kit fits intake manifolds 312-P5007398AB and P5007852. This kit allows reuse of the stock 5.2L/5.9L fuel rails, throttle body, and includes a bracket to work with the stock A/C.
