HELLO, I PURCHASED A 1996 S10 SS WITH A VORTEC 4.3 W ENGINE CODE AND 4L60E TRANSMISSION. I'M WANTING TO CHANGE THE CAMSHAFT, TIRE SIZE AND INSTALL HEADER. I'M LOOKING FOR A PROGRAMMER THAT GIVES ME THE OPTION TO TUNE ENGINE MANAGEMENT AS NEEDED AND TRANSMISSION AND CHANGE TIRE SIZE (FROM STOCK 26" TO 28").
