Customer q:
I want to build a 400 to 450 hp motor either using my existing 326 or starting from a fresh block. What do you recommend?

JEGS ANSWER:
What I would do to reach those numbers would be either have your heads worked and run 10-1 C/R and you will be in the ball park around 400hp. Now to get around the the 450, you will want a butler performance 380 stroker kit with same c/r with head work will put you around 450-475 hp range. The Edelbrock stuff we have will not work on 326 with the valve size. If you need further assistance we are here 24/7.
