It would be 5 x 4 3/4" 1. Many sizes will fit. A tire like this Mickey Thompson 6557 will fit the wheel.
No, that wont fit as it is a Ford, Chrysler pattern. This is the rear, you will need to check tire fender clearance. That is a big wheel for your Nova.
This is the front.
