Edelbrock carb, intake and cam kit # 350-2101PK is a great option, a good timing set for this is also Edelbrock 350-7800
You can use the same cam and intake 350-2101, 350-2102 with the 350-1403 Edelbrock 500cfm carb if you'd prefer the smaller carb
