Customer q:
I am looking at buying a 2" cowl hood for my Suburban, and was wondering if there is any reported comments about it getting dinged or dented in shipment, my Suburban is my BABY and want to keep it looking as good as possible and just have a fear that the hood will be damaged in freight. If that does occur, what is the course of action to correct it?

To say this never happens is not being honest, should this arrive damaged please either refuse the delivery, if the damage is defected at the time of delivery, If the box looks ok and then you later open the item and find it has damage please contact us and we will arrange for return.
